HOW TO USE YOUR SELENITE CRYSTAL WAND:

1. Place selenite in each of the four corners of your house to form a protective grid. This will ensure that no unwanted energies enter creating a safe and peaceful space.
2. For meditation: hold  selenite in each hand, and feel the clearing, light energy surge through your body. You can also use them for shavasana in your yoga practice.
3. To clear your aura and energy field: Hold your selenite in one hand over the top of your head and “comb” your crystal all the way down your entire body. Repeat this all around your body until you feel the shift in energy.
4. As in the previous example you can also use selenite to cleanse your stones. Placing any crystal near selenite purifies and clears any energy left from other people being near it or touching it.
