All materials will be included but if you have extra supplies and/or magazines you would like to bring you are more than welcome to.

Sound Bath with Peace By Kate

Join Kate at Freedom Rocks on Wednesday evening to go deeply inward, release the year and welcome the new.
Guests are encouraged to BYO yoga mat and any comfort items for the most immersive experience. This sound bath will feature alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.
